North of Dayton, Ohio, off I-70. From Columbus area, take I-70 west to the St. Rt. 235 North exit. If you are traveling south on I-75, you can exit at Piqua on St. Rt. 36 East and travel east to St. Rt. 235 and go south 5 miles.
Nearest motels are located in the Troy, Ohio area off I-75, ( Approx. 10 mile west of auction), or North of Dayton, Ohio on I-75 ( Approx. 25 Mile North East to auction house).
